Six months of growth and connection, ending with a Rentrée celebration retreat in Paris.

Beginning in March, we’ll gather virtually each month as a small group of women business owners and entrepreneurs: sharing ideas, troubleshooting challenges, and supporting one another as we grow.
Our six months together will culminate in an in-person celebration retreat in Paris, where we’ll bring all of our work, insights, and connections to life.

I created The Paris Pirouette because I know how powerful it is when women entrepreneurs and business owners have a dedicated space to think out loud, exchange ideas, and grow alongside other exceptional women.
The Paris Pirouette Program

Call One: Mastermind Session
(Starting Wednesday March 11th, 6PM Paris)
A traditional mastermind-style call, where participants:
Share updates and current priorities
Bring challenges or opportunities to the group

Call Two: Topic-Based Learning & Conversation
(Starting Wednesday, March 25th, 6PM Paris)
The second monthly call is educational, centered around business-relevant themes such as:

Bonjour. I’m Jane Bertch
Why come on this journey with me? My own life has been a testament to embracing change.
I’ve built a life across two foreign countries and navigated three significant career shifts, including leaping from a corporate role into entrepreneurship in an unfamiliar industry and country. Having done it myself on several occasions, I love working with others. My Executive Master’s from INSEAD Business School in France, specializing in Psychodynamics—the psychology of change—deeply influences how I work. It’s shown me, time and again, that true transformation begins with investing in ourselves. I’m excited to share that journey with you.
