The Rhythm of Retreats

Les Saisons

Just as every jardin moves through its seasons, so do we.

In spring, we plant the seeds of new intentions. In summer, we bloom into our fullest expression.

In autumn, we gather the harvest of our efforts and wisdom. And in winter, we plan and regenerate, restoring energy and shaping vision for what’s to come. These retreats are invitations to honor the season you’re in — and to align your life with its natural rhythm of growth, flourishing, integration, and renewal.

Step out of the rush of everyday life and into the rhythm of the seasons — allow yourself to pause, realign, and connect with your sense of community, courage, curiosity, and creativity, while being inspired by the beauty of Paris.

Curious. Brave. Open-hearted. Visionary. Reflective. She is a woman who senses there is more waiting to be discovered — in herself, in her work, in her life — and is ready to step into that discovery with courage and grace.

Paris is a liminal city filled with beauty and paradox: timeless yet ever-evolving, steeped in history yet alive with creative energy. In Paris, women find both the grounding of tradition and the spark of reinvention — the perfect mirror for the transformation these retreats are designed to nurture.

Upcoming Retreats:

APRIL 7-9, 2026

Le Printemps (April) — the French word for Spring — is a season of planting. It’s the moment when we plant the seeds of our goals, dreams, and aspirations.

This retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and focus on the dreams you’ve been wanting to bring to life. During our time in Paris, you’ll focus on your dreams and aspirations, release what no longer serves, and step into what’s next with confidence and clarity.

La Rentrée

SEPTEMBER 15-17, 2026

La Rentréethe French word for Return—is Paris's most electric season. It's the moment when the city exhales from summer and surges back to life: galleries reopen, café terraces fill, and something new is in the air.

This retreat invites you into that energy. You'll arrive at the turning point of the year and leave with the clarity, courage, and community to walk fully into what comes next.

La Vendange

NOVEMBER 10-12, 2026

La Vendange — the French word for Harvest — is a season of gathering. It’s the moment when all that has been planted, nurtured, and quietly growing finally comes into the light.

This retreat embraces the harvest season. Just as the autumn harvest signals both an ending and a beginning, these three days in Paris will help you gather what matters and step into your next chapter with clarity and purpose.

Paris in the winter is magical.

L’Hiver

JANUARY, 2027

L’Hiver — the French word for Winter — is a season of quiet beginning. It’s the moment when we rejoice, rest, and plan. Winter is the season of reflection and intention.

This retreat embraces the winter season. The season of preparation and intention setting. These three days in Paris will help you prepare for what matters and step into your next chapter with clarity and purpose.

You see, I didn’t come to Paris with a plan—I came with curiosity…

After starting my career in finance, I took a leap and founded La Cuisine Paris without a culinary background or much French to speak of. What I lacked in experience, I made up for in willingness to try, adapt, and keep going.

That leap—and everything it taught me about reinvention—is what led me here.

Along the way, I earned an executive MA from INSEAD in Coaching & Consulting for Change, which gave me tools for meaningful growth and transformation.

My memoir, The French Ingredient, shares the heart of that journey: navigating change, finding joy, and building a life in Paris from the ground up. That’s the energy I bring to each retreat: not just the beauty of Paris, but the belief that growth is rarely neat—it’s human, courageous, and always worth exploring.

If you’re feeling the pull toward something new, this might be the space you’ve been waiting for.
