The Return

La Rentrée—the French word for Return—is Paris's most electric season.

It's the moment when the city exhales from summer and surges back to life: galleries reopen, café terraces fill, and something in the air says now is the time.

This retreat invites you into that energy. You'll arrive at the turning point of the year and leave with the clarity, courage, and community to walk fully into what comes next.

No two retreats are the same — because no two groups of women are.

Each GenerateHER retreat is rooted in the rhythm of Les Saisons — crafted around the women who attend and the energy they bring.

Every element of La Rentrée is designed after I know who's joining me. You won't get a minute-by-minute itinerary in advance, because the retreat only comes to life when you do.

This is what makes it rare: this exact gathering will never happen again.

If you're looking for a pre-packaged program, this isn't it. If you're ready for something designed entirely for you, there may still be a seat.

This retreat is for women who:

-Want a level of care that is intentional and rare

- Are ready to let every conversation, experience, and quiet moment turn into magic

-Are willing to show up fully, and be changed by what they find

Each retreat is designed to balance structure with freedom—blending group connection and personal reflection—while giving space to explore creatively and uncover fresh perspectives for what’s next.

Example Itinerary

The itinerary will only be finalized once I know who will be joining me in Paris; each day will unfold with intention and flow, balancing guided sessions, creative discovery, and quiet reflection.

Arrival - Welcome Reception

Meet your people.

There's something that happens when the right women gather in Paris. We'll come together for an intimate evening reception — a chance to connect, settle in, and recognize the remarkable women who will share this experience with you. The retreat begins the moment you walk through the door.

Day 1 - Jardin Secret

How to Identify, Tend, and Act on Your Hidden Dream

Some ideas don't announce themselves loudly. They wait.

Today is the day you finally listen. Through hands-on creative exploration and guided deep reflection, you'll uncover the desires that have been quietly growing — and begin giving them light, language, and life.

Lunch & evening apéro included.

Day 2 - The Four Pillars of Risk-Taking

Courage. Community. Curiosity. Creativity.

This is the heart of the retreat — the mindset shift.

What does it really mean to take a risk while staying true to yourself? Through creative exercises, movement, group discussion, and peer mentoring, you'll stop waiting for permission and start building the foundation for your next chapter.

Lunch included.

Day 3 - Designing What’s Next

Future Forecasting and Planning

Vision without a plan is just a wish.

Today, we turn everything you've uncovered into a clear, aligned framework — personal, creative, or professional. You won't leave Paris wondering what to do next. You'll leave knowing.

Lunch & closing dinner included.

La Réimmersion

Back in your world. Permanently changed.

You'll return to your everyday life — but you won't return the same. You'll carry with you a renewed sense of what's possible, a community of women cheering you on, and a plan that is entirely, unapologetically yours.

Blown complacency out the window.

Three days of Jane's Parisian immersion has blown complacency out the window. I can't think of another person who could have brought together a more inspiring group of professionals whose expertise was so specific yet so relevant. I recognize small daily gifts and act on larger opportunities with more courage and gratitude — and without expectation."

Bonjour. I’m Jane Bertch

Why come on this journey with me? My own life has been a testament to embracing change.

I’ve built a life across two foreign countries and navigated three significant career shifts, including leaping from a corporate role into entrepreneurship in an unfamiliar industry and country. Having done it myself on several occasions, I love working with others. My Executive Master’s from INSEAD Business School in France, specializing in Psychodynamics—the psychology of change—deeply influences how I work. It’s shown me, time and again, that true transformation begins with investing in ourselves. I’m excited to share that journey with you.

Before You Pack Your Bags…

A few helpful answers to guide your decision, calm your questions, and give you a glimpse into what’s waiting for you in Paris.

  • These retreats are small and intimate to allow for group cohesion. There are never more than ten participants

  • No French is needed! All parts of the retreat will be hosted in English.

  • All activities and certain lunches and certain dinners.

  • Payment in full at the point of reservation is required to secure your space.

  • 75% of the fee is refundable up to 29 days before the retreat, 50% refundable up to one week prior, and non-refundable with less than seven days' notice. If you need to cancel, the non-refundable portion will, of course, cover the cost of prearranged activities, and any remaining amount will be allocated to scholarships for women who wish to participate in future events but lack the financial means (inspired by a brilliant suggestion from a past attendee!).

  • You should stay in the type of accommodation that makes you feel most at home during your Paris experience. I will be happy to share ideas.

  • No need to know other participants - in fact, all the better. Sometimes it is easier to explore when we are in new situations!

  • Departure and arrival are at your discretion, but please make sure that in either case you allow yourself the time you need to get settled.

  • That is completely normal - and healthy - and wonderful! Being in a situation where you can face new circumstances in a safe environment is a privilege and a gift. If that speaks to you, join us!

  • If you are not ready to share, not ready to explore, not ready to allow for magic, this is not for you.

If you feel the pull, trust it.

September in Paris might be exactly the season you've been waiting for.
