Something is growing
The Paris IncubatHER
For the woman who has more to build — and knows it.
The step before
What about the step before?
Almost every business programme, incubator and funding source assumes you already know what you’re building.
Most of the women I meet aren’t there yet. They have a skill they’ve never fully used, an idea that keeps coming back, or a sense that the next chapter should be theirs.
They aren’t short of ambition. What they lack is a clear way in.
Every accelerator starts with a company.
Introducing
Serre is French for greenhouse: a place where things get the right conditions to grow.
HerSerre is the first thing I’m building inside The Paris IncubatHER. It’s for the stage before the business plan and before the company. Sometimes it comes before the idea itself.
It helps you work out what you want to build, what you’re already good at and what has been in the way. Then it shows you where to go next.
What will be inside
Le Fil Rouge
A guided self-reflection that finds the thread running through your skills, your values and your life so far. It isn’t a personality quiz. It gives you a clear picture of where you are and what you’re suited to - based on what you say, not generic rhetoric.
Resources that fit your life
Guidance matched to your stage, your circumstances and the gaps you want to close, instead of generic advice written for someone else’s life.
Women who’ve done it
Role models whose lives look like yours. If you’re a single mum, you’ll meet single mums who built something. If you’re starting at 55, you’ll meet women who started at 55.
Your journal and tracker
A place to write, reflect and see how far you’ve come.
When you decide to start a business, the next stage of HerSerre gives you practical tools, guidance and coaches matched to what you’re building.
What HerSerre gives you
Who it’s for
You’ve had a long career and wonder what you’d build if it were your own.
You’ve raised a family, moved country or closed a chapter, and you want the next one to be yours.
You have ideas, maybe too many, and no clear way to choose.
You’ve never called yourself an entrepreneur, but you’ve always found a way to make things happen.
I see entrepreneurship as a spirit, not a job title. HerSerre will help you find yours, whether that leads to a company, a community project or a new way of working.
You don’t need a business idea to be here.
Why I’m building it
In 2009 I started La Cuisine Paris with no business experience, no culinary background and limited French. Nobody showed me a clear way in. I had to work it out as I went.
Since then I’ve watched brilliant women stall at the very first step. HerSerre is the tool I wish I’d had.

The tool I wish I’d had.
