Le Printemps—the French word for Spring—is a season of planting.

It’s the moment when we plant the seeds of dreams, hopes, and ideas for the year to come.

This retreat invites you to pause, reflect, and focus on the dreams you’ve been wanting to bring to life. During our time in Paris, you’ll focus on your dreams and aspirations, release what no longer serves, and step into what’s next with confidence and clarity.

Not a schedule—an experience shaped by the season and by you.

Each GenerateHER retreat is rooted in the rhythm of Les Saisons—crafted around the women who attend and the energy they bring.

I never create the itinerary until I know exactly who is joining me in Paris. Each day is thoughtfully curated with intention and flow—balancing guided sessions, creative discovery, and quiet reflection—meticulously shaped around the women in the room.

This retreat may not be for you if:

You need a cookie-cutter experience, or you’re seeking a minute-by-minute schedule, or prefer to observe rather than engage. These days invite openness, participation, and a willingness to be changed by what you discover.

Each retreat is designed to balance structure with freedom—blending group connection and personal reflection—while giving space to explore creatively and uncover fresh perspectives for what’s next.

Itinerary

The itinerary will only be created once I know who will be joining me in Paris; each day will unfold with intention and flow, balancing guided sessions, creative discovery, and quiet reflection.

Day 1: March 9th, Welcome Lunch and Kickoff

Set the intention.

The time has begun to focus exclusively on you. Settle into your new community and start the experience of self-love, reflection, and positive change.

Lunch included

Day 2: March 10th, Your Jardin Secret

How to Identify, Tend, and Act on Your Hidden Dream

A full day mixed with creative exploration and deep thought.

We begin with what’s quietly calling to you. Through guided storytelling, creative exploration, and reflective workshops, you’ll uncover the ideas or desires you’ve put on hold and begin giving them light, language, and life.

Lunch and evening Parisian Apero included.

Day 3: March 11th, The Four Pillars of Risk-Taking

Courage. Community. Curiosity. Creativity.

A full day mixed with creative exploration and deep thought.

This is the heart of the retreat: the mindset shift. We’ll explore what it really means to take risks while staying true to yourself. Through creative exercises, movement, group discussion, and peer mentoring, you’ll begin building the pillars to support your next chapter.

Lunch included.

Day 4: March 12th Designing What’s Next

Future Forecasting and Planning

A full day mixed with creative exploration and deep thought.

This is where vision becomes strategy. We’ll shape what you’ve discovered into a simple but powerful framework for your next chapter, whether it’s personal, creative, or professional. You’ll leave with a clear, aligned plan that supports who you are and who you’re becoming.

Lunch and closing dinner included.

Bonjour. I’m Jane Bertch

Why come on this journey with me? My own life has been a testament to embracing change.

I’ve built a life across two foreign countries and navigated three significant career shifts, including leaping from a corporate role into entrepreneurship in an unfamiliar industry and country. Having done it myself on several occasions, I love working with others. My Executive Master’s from INSEAD Business School in France, specializing in Psychodynamics—the psychology of change—deeply influences how I work. It’s shown me, time and again, that true transformation begins with investing in ourselves. I’m excited to share that journey with you.

Before You Pack Your Bags…

A few helpful answers to guide your decision, calm your questions, and give you a glimpse into what’s waiting for you in Paris.

  • The retreat is intentionally small and intimate. Usually six to eight participants.

  • All of our sessions are hosted in English - no need to speak French.

  • All activities and certain lunches and certain dinners.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your seat. The remainder is due 60 days before the retreat.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit (EUR 1,625) is required to secure your seat. The remainder is due 30 days before the start of the retreat. The remaining payment (EUR 1,625) will be 75% refundable up to 29 days before the retreat, 50% refundable up to one week prior, and non-refundable with less than seven days' notice. If you need to cancel, the non-refundable portion will, of course, cover the cost of prearranged activities, and any remaining amount will be allocated to scholarships for women who wish to participate in future events but lack the financial means (inspired by a brilliant suggestion from a past attendee!).

  • You should stay in the type of accommodation that makes you feel most at home during your Paris experience. I will be happy to share ideas.

  • No need to know other participants - in fact, all the better. Sometimes it is easier to explore when we are in new situations!

  • Departure and arrival are at your discretion, but please make sure that in either case you allow yourself the time you need to get settled.

  • That is completely normal - and healthy - and wonderful! Being in a situation where you can face new circumstances in a safe environment is a privilege and a gift. If that speaks to you, join us!

  • If you are not ready to share, not ready to explore, not ready to allow for magic, this is not for you.

If you feel the pull, trust it.

This might be the season you’ve been waiting for.
